頭炮係同大家分享用死海礦物浴鹽 #自製海水浴，用 Staycation 酒店嘅大浴缸享受吓浸浴就啱晒喇
海水浴好處: 死海礦物浴鹽可用作皮膚磨砂（去角質），當中的礦物質鎂、鈉、鈣和鉀產生聯合作用，能調節細胞活性、確保身體機能日常運作、緩解肌肉疼痛和穩定體內液體水平，放鬆疲憊身軀，暫時放開日常工作的勞累壓力。
配方:
死海浴鹽 100-200g
薰衣草精油 10-20滴
DIY做法: 將適量 死海礦物浴鹽 加入浴缸中，配上自己喜歡的水溫作浸浴，但注意溫度不宜過高，以免為身體帶來負擔。喜歡香氣的話可於水中加入數滴 薰衣草精油，身心更放鬆，亦幫助入眠。
*浸浴後須再以清水沖洗

Recipe:
Dead Sea Bath Salt 100-200g
Lavender essential oil 10-20 drops
DIY method: Add an appropriate amount of Dead Sea bath salt to the bathtub, with a nice water temperature soaking, the temperature should not be too high, so as not to burden the body. If you like the aroma, you can add a few drops of lavender essential oil to the water to relax your body and mind and help you fall asleep.
*Flush with fresh water after Dead Sea bath
