All products purchased at our Retail shop or Online outlet are final, cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for quality issues only.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
1) Products that are damaged by personal usage or personal preference;
2) Cannot provide order receipt.
3) Products that has no quality issue.
4) Exceeded the return time period.
5) Free Gifts.
Refund or Returned items regarding quality issues:
- Quality issues Items must be returned within a certain period (3 working days) of the shipment
delivered (as determined by the date of signature on the successful delivery). Please contact our customer service hotline at 2396 4151 and follow our instruction to make a refund or returned.
- Please come to our retail shop for the return and refund process with the products and receipt.
- For items returned with special offers, refunds will be made with the special price.
- For promotional items, discounted price will no longer be valid if threshold cannot be met after return;
- Only one return or refund can be processed for each order.
- Once the return process is completed, the points earned by the item will be deducted accordingly from your online account based on our Points Policy.
