消費者委員會發布新一份《選擇》月刊，封面為25款爽膚水產品實測，有12款產品含歐盟限制使用的致敏香料、較高濃度酒精或有機會影響生殖系統的防腐劑等，而引起關注。

無添加人工香料/酒精/防腐劑
「天然無添加保濕爽膚水」
材料:
保玫瑰花水/ 有機白玫瑰花水 30ml
透明質酸粉 0.1克
甘油 1毫升
做法:
將以上原料混合置一晚即可使用，使用前先搖勻。
注意:
配方沒有添加任何防腐成份，製作好的成品需要3-4星期內用完。
存放於陰涼乾爽處，不要放置於浴室內。

"Natural No Additive Moisturizing Toner"
Recipe:
Paul Rose Water/ Organic White Rose Water 30ml
Hyaluronic Acid Powder 0.1g
Glycerin 1ml
Practice:
Mix the above ingredients and leave overnight for use. Shake well before use.
Notice:
The formula does not add any preservative ingredients, and the finished product needs to be used up within 3-4 weeks.
Store in a cool dry place, do not place in the bathroom.
